My Zen Theme Photo Submission - Click to Vote at JPGMAG.com

Today I made my first photo submission to JPGMAG.com, a user submission driven photography magazine. By doing so, I’m getting an early start on my 2009 goal to be more creative, active, and productive.

I uploaded a handful of photos from our trip yesterday to the Como Conservatory that all seemed to fit the “Zen” theme. Each issue JPG requests photos in a trio of themes, this time around they are House, Zen, and Fairy Tale. The photo below is by far my favorite and I love the way the low ISO gave this a grainy feel and how black water reflects like mercury. I think the subject and outcome really do say Zen!
